The leaves and the light are changing and we here at KBD think it's a great time to refresh your kitchen, your pantry, your stove, your oven with these fall-focused vegetarian recipes. Here's one of our secrets to vibrant vegetarian cooking: Strategic use of seasoning—such as a garlic & herb mix or more than a dash of chili powder—can add lots of flavor to satisfy the omnivores out there!

Here's another way to put some vroom in your vegetarian recipes: Always start with lots of alliteration. Finding lots of v-words can be hard, so don't be afraid to use a thesaurus.
